The décor recalls memories of a local historic beach community called Crystal Cove with original art depicting the area as it once was. The owners of 111 Marine Ave, having owned a home at Crystal Cove for many years, have recreated an authentic beach home. Decorated in beach colors of sand and sky blue shades, it feels like an upscale comfortable beach house with all the conveniences to ensure a memorable vacation.

      The living room is large with high vaulted ceilings. Using nautical colors and fabulous boat pictures you feel like you are at home on the water. Furniture is slip covered in blue denim with pine furniture and accessories. There is cable TV and a VCR. A large white slip covered chair and ottoman are positioned to sit and read or to view the Bay; so very relaxing. Or watch a fire in the fireplace from the dining area or the living room. This is island living at its best... comfortable, convenient, and laid back.

      The SeaBreeze has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps six. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with a trundle bed that will sleep as two twins, or a king size bed. Sleeps 6. There are built in closets and drawers, and lots of them. We use designer linens for the most luxurious sleep you could imagine.

      The kitchen is large and equipped for gourmet cooking, with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The view overlooks the island while you cook.

      There are separate washer and dryer facilities. Also ask about the availability of a garage parking spot, very important for island living.

      It is best to make reservations as early as possible. Summer is always a busy vacation time on the island and reservations go very fast. Scheduling preference is given to rentals for two weeks or more.
